Created by Werner Sauer Sr. in
1936, einszett was born out of the belief that a better car
polish was possible. The company is still owned and operated by
the Sauer family and includes an array of specialty products
created for consumers, industry, paint and body shops.

Tradition
1936
Like other innovators
with a dream, einszett (pronounced Inz-sedt),
was created by Werner Sauer Sr., who had a passionate belief that there
could be a better product to maintain and enhance the appearance of the
automobile. Mr. Sauer introduced in 1936, in the city of Köln, Germany,
the first einszett car polish. Mr. Sauer stood apart from his
competitors based on a simple philosophy that remains until this day:
produce a premium quality formula without compromises to produce the
best results. Mr. Sauer named his successful formula einszett
(translated as "1Z") based on the number-letter designation assigned to
license plates registered in Köln.

is part of the expansion of einszett throughout the world. Moved by
