How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is in stock, you'll be able to order the item. We do not accept orders for items on backorder. If a product is out of stock, your only option will be to add your name to a waiting list. Once the product is back in stock, you'll be notified. Top of page



Is it safe to shop on your site?

The information for all orders placed on our site is encrypted using SSL technology, so your transactions are completely protected. With SSL, the information sent via the Internet will arrive encrypted to our SSL-enabled browser. Most browsers today are equipped with SSL. To be sure your connection is secure when filling out the order form, simply check for the padlock icon in the bottom border of your browser window when viewing the order form itself. The icon should be visible and show the lock in the locked position.

NOTE: Please do not email us your order. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means of sending credit card and personal contact information. Can I change or cancel my order once it's submitted?

Please call us at 888-719-4698 or email us at support@1z-usa.com as soon as possible since your order may be processed immediately upon receiving. Once processed, we can not change or cancel your order. We are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Debit cards are accepted.  We do not accept cash, checks or money orders at this time. Top of page



How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available by clicking here. You can purchase a gift certificate in the amount ranging from $25-$100. Gift certificates are redeemable at the einszett Online Shop only and can not be exchanged for cash.

What is your return policy?

We strive to provide you with the best experience and products that will meet or exceed your expectations. In the event that we do not offer you the satisfaction you expect, we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product for a refund or exchange less the cost of shipping and handling charges associated with the purchase or the return. You will be refunded in the same payment form the purchase was made.

In order to initiate a return, you must do the following:

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by logging into your account on our website or by emailing us at support@1z-usa.com.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent prepaid by an insured, trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office to:

For returns after 30 days, we offer store credit to be used towards your next purchase.

If we sent you the wrong product, you can return the product at no cost to you including the return shipping charges. However, you must contact us first as instructed above for an RMA number or else we will not be able to assist you.

How do you ship?

We ship UPS Ground for domestic orders within the United States and Puerto Rico. We ship to Canada via UPS Standard. Sorry, we do not ship using the United States Post Office since they have strict restrictions against shipping liquids and certain hazardous materials such as aerosols. Top of page



Do you ship internationally?

einszett North America ships only within the continguous United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. Please contact either our dealer network or check to see if einszett is available in your country. Top of page

 

Can I track my order?

Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email with your UPS tracking number for you to track. You can also log into your account to obtain the tracking number. Top of page

Can I pick up my order from your office location?

We're sorry but our office location does not have a showroom. All orders ship out from our warehouse facility which is not open to the public. Top of page



How do I subscribe to your email list?

You can subscribe by using the mailing list application in the lower left corner of our website. You can also opt-in to our email list when you place your order.  Please note that we will never share or sell your email address or personal information to any other company or ogranization. How do I unsubscibe from your email list?

If you no longer want to receive our newsletters or the latest product information, simply enter the email address your subscibed with in the email list application located in the lower left hand corner of our website and choose the "unsubscribe" radio button. You will be removed immediately and will no longer receive communication from us other than order confirmations. Top of page



Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We only offer wholesale pricing to valid businesses that are automotive related. Valid businesses must provide proof of business including a business license, resell certificate and Tax ID number. For more information about becoming an authorized einszett Dealer, please contact us. Top of page
