How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is in stock, you'll be able to order the item. We do not accept orders for items on backorder. If a product is out of stock, your only option will be to add your name to a waiting list. Once the product is back in stock, you'll be notified. Top of page



Is it safe to shop on your site?

The information for all orders placed on our site is encrypted using SSL technology, so your transactions are completely protected. With SSL, the information sent via the Internet will arrive encrypted to our SSL-enabled browser. Most browsers today are equipped with SSL. To be sure your connection is secure when filling out the order form, simply check for the padlock icon in the bottom border of your browser window when viewing the order form itself. The icon should be visible and show the lock in the locked position.

NOTE: Please do not email us your order. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means of sending credit card and personal contact information. Can I change or cancel my order once it's submitted?

Please call us at 888-719-4698 or email us as soon as possible since your order may be processed immediately upon receiving. Once processed, we can not change or cancel your order. We are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Debit cards are accepted.  We do not accept cash, checks or money orders at this time. Top of page



How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available by clicking here. You can purchase a gift certificate in the amount ranging from $10-$500. Gift certificates are redeemable at the einszett Online Shop only and can not be exchanged for cash.

What is your return policy?

We strive to provide you with the best experience when using our products. In the event you are not satisfied, we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee policy on all products purchased from the einszett Online Shop at www.1z-usa.com. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product for a refund or exchange less the cost of shipping and handling charges associated with the purchase or the return. You will be refunded in the same payment form the purchase was made.

If you do not have the order number or receipt of the transaction, we can not offer you a refund. So please keep your receipt!

If your purchase was made at an Authorized einszett dealer, please contact them regarding their return policy. We can not accept returns from purchases made from other stores.


Return Process

In order to initiate a return, you must do the following:

Before returning an item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by logging into your account on our website or by contacting us and providing us with your order number.  The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and/or on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent prepaid by an insured, trackable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express or the United States Post Office to:

For returns after 30 days, we offer store credit to be used towards your next purchase.

If we sent you a product that differs from what you ordered, you can return the product at no cost to you including the return shipping charges. However, you must contact us first as instructed above for an RMA number or else we will not be able to assist you.

How do you ship?

We ship UPS Ground for domestic orders within the United States and Puerto Rico. We ship to Canada via UPS Standard. Sorry, we do not ship using the United States Post Office since they have strict restrictions against shipping liquids and certain hazardous materials such as aerosols. Top of page



Do you ship internationally?

Yes. einszett North America has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.


WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

 

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from einszett North America. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

HAZMAT SPECIAL HANDLING FEES

An additional Hazmat handling fee of $40 will be added to your order should your order contain aerosols or flammable liquids. You will be notified prior to checking out if your order contains any such items.

Can I pick up my order from your office location?

We're sorry but our office location does not have a showroom. All orders ship out from our warehouse facility which is not open to the public. Top of page
