Is it safe to shop on your site?

The information for all orders placed on our site is encrypted using SSL technology, so your transactions are completely protected. With SSL, the information sent via the Internet will arrive encrypted to our SSL-enabled browser. Most browsers today are equipped with SSL. To be sure your connection is secure when filling out the order form, simply check for the padlock icon in the bottom border of your browser window when viewing the order form itself. Can I change or cancel my order once it's submitted?

Please call us at 888-719-4698 or email us as soon as possible since your order may be processed immediately upon receiving. Once processed, we can not change or cancel your order. We are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST. Top of page

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Debit cards are accepted.  We do not accept cash, checks or money orders at this time. Top of page

How do I purchase a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are available by clicking here. You can purchase a gift certificate in the amount ranging from $10-$500. Gift certificates are redeemable at the einszett Online Shop only and can not be exchanged for cash. Top of page

Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a full refund (less any shipping and handling charges), in the original packaging you received them.

Standard Return Policy

  • We have a 30 day return policy. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
  • We can only accept returns of products ordered from this website. 
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging they were received.
  • 5 liter and 10 liter products can ONLY be returned if the yellow seal is NOT broken.
  • Once your order is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it make take an additional 2-10 business days to see the credit reflected in your account. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. 

Return Process

In order to initiate a return:

  • Log into your account (if you don't have an account, please contact us and we will setup an account for you) and click on the "Completed Orders" link.
  • Find the order you'd like to return and click on the "Return Item(s)" link
  • Select the items and quantity you'd like to return
  • Select the Return Reason
  • Select the Return Action (Exchange, Replacement, Refund, Store Credit)
  • Add any comments (optional)
  • Click Submit


Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number and additional instructions.  

If you've requested a refund we will process the refund once your order is received at our warehouse and inspected. We will issue a refund (less the return shipping charge - unless the refund is a result of our mistake or a defective product) and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it make take an additional 2-10 business days to see the credit reflected in your account. All returns must be received and processed within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 Days

For returns after 30 days, we offer store credit to be used towards your next purchase.

Received Incorrect/Defective Product

If we sent you a product that differs from what you ordered or it is defective, you can return the product at no cost to you including the return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges incurred when sending you the correct/non-defective item.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
