Shipping

einszett ships via UPS. Shipping charges are based on weight and do not reflect charges made by UPS due to the addition of handling charges.

Note: We do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Some items are noted as "Ground Shipping Only". We are sorry but these items can only be shipped by Ground within the 48 Continental United States and Canada.

Shipping Time Estimates

Orders that are placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. PST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review, including credit card authorization and verification. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated. Business days are limited to M-F 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. PST, not including holidays. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Delivery time depends on shipping method selected.

Shipping To PO Boxes

We are sorry but at this time we do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO.

International Shipping Requests

einszett North America Online can only ship orders to addresses located within the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Billing

einszett accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Debit Cards. We will not bill your credit card until we ship your order. Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds will be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). Also, if you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations pertaining to daily withdrawals on your card. einszett reserves the right to request additional identification. If this is needed, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

California Sales Tax

einszett is required by law to charge California residents a 7.75% sales tax.
